“Rebuild & Thrive” and related branding are trademarks of Barbara Muckle Coaching. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. Coaching Services
Barbara Muckle provides coaching, educational, and motivational services designed to support personal growth, clarity, and practical rebuilding strategies following divorce and significant life transitions. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or financial planning. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require specialized professional advice, Barbara encourages you to seek appropriate support from a licensed professional in that field.
Coaching relationships are governed by a separate written agreement that will be provided and signed before services begin. That agreement supersedes any general descriptions found on the Site.
4. Payments and Refunds
All coaching program fees, deposits, and payment plans are described at the time of enrollment. Coaching fees are non-refundable. Payment plans divide the total program investment into installments and do not constitute month-to-month subscriptions. Additional details are provided in the coaching agreement before enrollment.
5. No Guarantees
Barbara provides wisdom, structure, accountability, and encouragement. While many clients experience meaningful transformation through their coaching journey, individual results vary. Your progress depends on your unique circumstances, your willingness to engage fully in the process, and your application of what you learn. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites — including social media platforms, podcast players, and partner organizations. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
